1. We will send the customer a loaner upholstery
2. Customer will send us in the box that the loaner came in his upholstery
3. We’ll strip the upholstery down, put new foam, and new upholstery on it.
4. We’ll ship the upholstery back
5. We’ll pick up the loaner
6. Cost $1170.00
7. Freight (4 trips $240.00)
